Platinum Sponsor/Vendor – $1,000
Includes exhibitor benefits and advertised sponsorship of the Happy Hour during the Vendor Fair.
Gold Sponsor/Vendor – $750
Includes exhibitor benefits and sponsorship of Lunch.
Silver Sponsor/Vendor – $500
Includes exhibitor benefits and sponsorship of Breakfast.
Bronze Vendor – $250
Exhibitor benefits only.
Government/Non-Profit Vendor – $0
Exhibitor benefits only for qualifying organizations.

Vendors and Exhibitors are encouraged, though not required, to provide promotional items or materials for the 150+ payroll professionals attending the conference. Examples may include a larger giveaway or prize, which can be awarded at the end of the Vendor Fair to attendees who provide their contact information at your booth.
Registration modifications are permitted until Friday, October 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
All sponsor and exhibitor registrations for the Northstar Chapter of Payroll Org’s Annual Statewide Payroll Conference are final.
Once registration is submitted and payment is received, cancellations, refunds, or transfers will not be permitted.
If a registered sponsor or exhibitor is unable to attend, the sponsor or exhibitor may designate an alternate representative to participate in its place. All changes to representatives must be communicated in advance, and no later than October 9, 2026.
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this non-cancellation policy.
